Technical support is provided by email to all licensed customers for a period of three months from the date of purchase.

Extended support can be purchased by annual subscription or on a per-incident basis.

Upgrades

Patches and minor version upgrades will be provided free of charge at all times to all licensed customers.

Existing customers upgrading to the next major version of the software will be entitled to a 50% discount on the list price of the latest version.
